Jed new high efficiency screw

Jed new high-efficiency screw adopts the optimized composition of separated screw and mixing elements, and the barrel adopts the optimized design of grooved barrel and extended feeding section.

The following advantages can be obtained through the combination of separating screw and grooved barrel:

1） The melting process of the material is optimized to improve the extrusion output and realize the extrusion of the material melt at a lower temperature.

2） By isolating the specific shear action in the gap, the material is well homogenized.

3） The melt plasticization process is controlled, that is, only particles smaller than the isolation gap can enter the melt channel.
