Product Introduction:

Blow molding is a common production method of hollow molding in recent years, and it is one of the important methods to remove the extrusion of polymer materials.

Extrusion blow molding is a method of manufacturing hollow thermoplastic parts. Extrusion blow molding is a method of clamping the molten thermoplastic raw materials extruded from the extruder into the mold, and then blowing air into the raw materials. The molten raw materials expand under the action of air pressure, fit to the wall of the mold cavity, and finally cool and solidify to become the desired product shape. In blow molding film, the flat extrusion blowing method is used more. The production process of upper blowing blowing film: heating → feeding → extrusion → feeding → aeration → adjustment → coiling → packaging → finished product. (1) Heating: Heat the extruder and the machine head to the specified temperature through the heater, and keep warm for a period of time. (2) Feeding and extrusion: when the extruder and the machine head meet the insulation requirements, start the extruder and add a small amount of plastic (powder or granule) to the hopper. At the beginning, the screw rotates at a low speed. When the molten material passes through the machine head and blows into a tube bubble, gradually increase the screw speed and fill the material at the same time. (3) Feeding: the molten material through the head will be collected together, and lift it, at the same time through a small amount of air, to prevent mutual bonding. (4) Feeding roller: feed the raised tube bubble to the clamping roller and pass it through the clamping roller. Extrusion blow molding is used for billet processing. According to the feeding mode of billet, extrusion blow molding can be divided into continuous extrusion blow molding and discontinuous extrusion blow molding. Continuous extrusion blow molding means that the extruder continuously extrudates the tube billet when the tube billet reaches the set length, the mold is closed, the tube billet is cut off, and the mold is moved to the next station for expansion, cooling and demoulding. Extrusion blow molding machine production process is synchronous, suitable for high production efficiency, mass output.

Extrusion blow molding process influencing factors: 1, screw speed. It is another important factor affecting the extrusion blow molding of the embryo, through the extrusion speed, determine the quality of the product, reduce the surface sag of the embryo. 2. Temperature control. Extrusion temperature depends on the nature of the resin, too low temperature will lead to rough surface of the embryo, too high temperature will lead to uneven wall thickness of the embryo. 3. Size and quality of mouth die. The size of the die determines the size of the embryo, so the internal surface of the die is required to be smooth, which is conducive to obtaining a smooth embryo on the surface of the product. 4. Selection of raw materials. It is very important in the process of blow molding. HDPE is generally selected according to its fluidity characteristics.

Scope of Application:

① HDPE: high density polyethylene, is one of the most commonly used materials in blow molding products.
