Jed new screw: The new screw is developed on the basis of common screw. It is characterized by setting some pins and opening a part of the very thread section in the normal trend of the thread, which is used to change the conveying state of the material in the screw, so as to improve the mixing capacity of the material, accelerate the melting speed of the material, and make the material better uniform plasticization.

Jed new screw has a variety of structural forms, at present, there are three kinds of rubber extruder applications:
