Product Introduction:

The contra-rotating conical twin screw extruder is the most suitable equipment for processing rigid PVC. It is composed of barrel (1 pcs) and screw (2 pcs). The inner hole of the barrel is two intersecting conical holes, and the two conical holes are respectively provided with a conical screw, which is characterized by a groove at the intersection of the two inner holes in the upper part of the barrel, and an exhaust hole is opened on the barrel above the groove.

1) Adopt the “double cone” design, that is, the outer diameter of the screw and the root diameter of the screw groove are tapered in the whole length, but the taper is different, which increases the effective volume of the screw groove in the feeding section and improves the conveying efficiency.

2) The pitch of each section of the screw is gradual, that is, the pitch of the feeding section is gradually reduced, while the pitch of the extrusion section is gradually increased, so that the pressure distribution in the groove along the whole length of the screw is relatively uniform, and there is no obvious pressure surge phenomenon.

3) The barrel body comprises a first barrel body and a second barrel body. The first barrel body is provided with a first screw hole on the right side wall of the first barrel body. The first barrel body is provided with four groups of limit slots on the outside of the right side wall, and the four groups of limit slots are located at the upper end, lower end, front end and rear end of the first screw hole respectively. By setting a second barrel at the right end of the first barrel, when the conical twin screw is used for a long time, the blade of the conical twin screw is often damaged, and the cost of replacing the whole conical screw is large. The connecting block and limit column on the second barrel respectively correspond to the first screw hole and limit slot on the first barrel, so that the conical screw is divided into two groups. When replacing the damaged conical screw, it can greatly reduce the cost of the conical screw, which is more practical and suitable for extensive promotion and use.

4) In the most scarce raw material negative pressure zone is opened with an exhaust tank, the tank is opened above a exhaust hole, there is a long exhaust space on the barrel, all the reaction gas and water vapor can be easily discharged from the exhaust hole along the tank; When the screw rotates the raw material of the half ring, it is impossible to bring the raw material to the exhaust hole, so there will be no overflow of the exhaust hole; Because the barrel has an exhaust groove, the screw does not need an exhaust section, which overcomes a series of problems caused by the exhaust section.

5) The diameter of both ends of the conical twin screw is different, the diameter of the feeding section is large, and the diameter of the homogenization section is small, and the middle is gradually transitional. The conical twin screw is a meshing type, and most of them are counter-rotating. Two conical screws are meshing and rotating in the barrel. There is a reasonable gap between the top of the screw edge of one screw and the root of the other screw. Due to the opposite rotation, the material spiral forward road on one screw is blocked by another screw, and the material can only advance through the gap shaft of each part under the push of the thread.

6) When the material through the radial gap between the two screws, as through the roll gap of the two rollers, the mixing and shearing are very strong, so the plasticization of the material is very uniform, especially suitable for processing PVC plastic. The compression ratio of conical twin screw is not only formed by the screw groove from deep to shallow, but also by the outer diameter of the screw from large to small, so the compression ratio is quite large, so the material in the barrel is more fully plasticize, more uniform, to ensure the quality of products. In this way, on the premise of ensuring the quality, the speed of the extruder can be increased, so as to improve the production capacity of the extruder.
