Hot melt cooling granulation method: This granulation method is to heat the material to make it into a liquid state, and then the liquid through a special condensation way to cool it into a flake, hemispherical, strip, block of a granulation method. This granulation method requires the material to have the characteristics of low melting point and high solubility. The advantages of this granulation method are low failure rate and simple equipment. The process of making the material condense and crystallize into a specific shape by using the low melting point of the material (generally lower than 300℃) through a special condensation method. It mainly includes tower vibration jet granulation, spray granulation and fluidized bed cooling granulation.
