1,Folding tube forming process: double layer extruder extrusion molding → Double layer extruder extrusion, continuous blow molding and blow molding. The first is to prepare raw materials, such pipes are generally processed with high-density polyethylene, granular high-density polyethylene materials and various additives mixed together, full mixing to ensure uniform mixing. The evenly mixed plastic particles are sent to an extruder, where they are heated and melted until they become a viscous liquid. The viscous liquid from the extruder is then injected into the mold. Soon, the viscous liquid will fill the mold lines, and the water cooling system in the mold will quickly harden the bellows into shape. Unlike other parts of the mold, the bellows mold is composed of a number of modules, and is always moving, like a zipper, always open and close the cycle. When the mold is opened, it is the time to release the mold, which constantly produces new bellows.
2,Folding pipe cutting process: constant speed forming machine out → clamping stroke of cutting machine fixture → cutting head rotation feed → cutting pipe → cutting head reset → fixture loose reset → car return, waiting for the next instruction.
