Injection molding machine is by means of the screw (or plunger) thrust, the plasticized molten state (i.e., viscous flow state) material is injected into the closed mold cavity in a high pressure fast way, and the product is obtained after cooling and curing. In this process, there are die locking, shooting glue, pressure preservation, storage, cooling, mold opening and other procedures. The traditional injection molding machine oil pump motor determines the power according to the highest pressure and flow, and determines the constant flow at a fixed speed. The excess hydraulic oil returns through the relief valve, wasting energy. After the servo transformation of the injection molding machine, the pressure and flow double closed-loop computer control is adopted. The flow and pressure can be output according to demand in the stage of mold locking, pressure maintaining and cooling, but the motor is low speed or stop, and the power consumption is minimal. Due to the large load of induction motor, the idle work is large and the leading power consumption is large. In contrast, the servo motor is a permanent magnet synchronous motor with high efficiency and power factors. Under the average condition of injection molding machine, the efficiency of the servo motor is 10% higher than that of the asynchronous motor. Due to the high pressure throttling of the traditional injection molding machine, the oil temperature rises, leading to the thinning of the oil body, softening of the pipeline and oil leakage, so the hydraulic oil must be cooled. The servo system adopts gear pump to provide flow according to demand. There is no throttling and low temperature rise of hydraulic oil.
