ZLYJ Plastic Rubber Extruder Special Reducer

Ⅰ. Product Introduction

ZLYJ series reducer is a gear transmission device with high precision hard tooth surface and thrust package designed for plastic and rubber screw extruder. The product design refers to JB/T8853-2001 “cylindrical gear reducer” stipulated technical specifications. It is characterized by gear and shaft parts using high strength alloy steel material. The gear is processed by carburizing, quenching and grinding. The gear accuracy is GB10095-88, grade 6. Tooth surface hardness HRC54~62. The front end of the hollow output shaft is equipped with a large size thrust bearing to bear the axial thrust when the screw is working. The whole machine has the characteristics of small volume, high carrying capacity, stable transmission, low noise and high efficiency.

Ⅱ. Scope of application

The speed of the high speed shaft shall not exceed 1500 RPM.

The circular speed of gear transmission is not more than 20 m/s.

The working environment temperature is -40~45℃. If it is lower than 0℃, the lubricating oil should be preheated to above 0℃ before starting. If the direction changes, please state when ordering.

Ⅳ.The function of gear box:
1, Acceleration and deceleration, is often said to be the gearbox.
2, Change the transmission direction, for example, we use two sector gears can vertically transfer the force to the other axis of rotation.

3,Change the torque. Under the condition of the same power, the faster the speed of the gear, the smaller the torque of the shaft, and vice versa.
4, Clutch function: we can separate the two original meshing gears, to achieve the purpose of separating the engine and load. Such as brake clutch and so on.

5,Distribute power. For example, we can use an engine to drive multiple slave shafts through the gearbox main shaft, so as to realize the function of one engine driving multiple loads.
