The plastic rattan imitating machine equipment aims at the requirements of the customer for the continuous improvement of the export quality of plastic rattan imitating products. Based on the original rattan imitating ejector series, after a number of technical innovations, it has a dual combination color matching and feeding system with high speed, high extrusion capacity, low melt temperature and good material plasticizing effect. The main machine adopts a digital pneumatic propulsion refueling system, which can make the surface color of rattan change at will. According to the customer’s product requirements, we design and develop corresponding molds, which can produce various shapes of plastic rattan, sheet and covering shape. The products are used in the production of rattan chair, tea table, flower blue, weaving crafts, furniture and other products.
