Jed Pipe Extruder Screw Introduction:
The new high-efficiency screw adopts an optimized combination of separated screw and mixing element, and the barrel adopts an optimized design of groove barrel and extended feeding section.
By combining the use of separated screws and grooved barrels, the following advantages can be obtained:
1） The melting process of the material has been optimized, thereby increasing the extrusion yield and achieving extrusion of the material melt at lower temperatures.
2） By isolating specific shear forces within the gap, the material achieves good homogenization.
3） The melt plasticization process is controlled, which means that only particles smaller than the isolation gap can enter the melt channel.
