Description
The extruder inserts the receiving hopper into the fluff and closes it with a door to form a receiving chamber.
The crushed material in the fluff falls into the conical hopper and is pulled into the screw conveyor by two mutually rotating rollers, one roller smooth and the other roller gripping the material with fingers.
The material is fed into a conical head by a screw with a diameter of 60 mm and variable pitch. The conical head is heated by an annular electric heater, and the compressed material is extruded through the outlet. At the outlet, a powerful servo drive is used to cut with a knife. The length of the segments can be adjusted using a timer.
