1、 Overview

SZ series conical twin-screw extruder reducer is a special transmission device matched with conical twin-screw plastic extruder. The gear box is composed of a reduction box and a distribution box, which can be output to the distribution box after being reduced and torqued by the motor power, and then drive the double shafts (the included angle of the two shafts is the same as that of the screw) through a pair of small cone angle spiral gears with a transmission ratio of 1:1 in the distribution box, so as to drive the screw to rotate outward in a different way.

2、 Product features

1. The gear is made of high-quality high-strength low-carbon alloy steel, carburized, Quenched and grinded, which has the advantages of strong bearing capacity, low noise, stable operation and high transmission efficiency.
2. The material of the distribution box is nodular iron, the bevel gear is high-strength gear, and a serpentine cooling coil is arranged inside.
3. The maximum input speed of gearbox is generally not greater than 1500 rpm.
4. The working ambient temperature is – 10 ~ 40 ° C. when it is lower than 0 ° C, the lubricating oil needs to be heated to 10 ° C before starting.
